Job Brief:

We are seeking highly analytical, structured, and proactive Senior Associate, Growth Strategy to join our Growth Strategy team. In this role, you will co-own a key user segment, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations supported by strong analytical foundations. You will independently lead slices of strategic problemsolving from diagnosis to recommendation and collaborate closely with product, marketing, analyst, and business teams to execute initiatives with measurable impact in a fast-paced super app environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Opportunity Identification

  • Co-own a defined user segment and develop a deep understanding of behavioral, lifecycle, and value profiles.
  • Identify growth problems and opportunities through data analysis, insights, and benchmarking.
  • Lead structured workstreams: diagnosis hypothesis analysis recommendations, with managerial review.
  • Develop clear, evidence-backed recommendations on growth levers and key actions.
  • Support initiative prioritization through impact sizing, effort vs impact analysis, and business case fundamentals.

Data-Driven Analysis & Business Case Development

  • Perform opportunity sizing, funnel analysis, and segmentation analysis using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
  • Build simple business models to estimate potential impact, cost, and ROI of initiatives.
  • Partner with analytics to measure user behavior, performance gaps, and growth indicators.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives.

Growth Execution & Performance Tracking

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure initiatives are executed reliably and aligned with overall growth strategy.
  • Monitor initiative performance, extract insights, and refine recommendations based on measurable business impacts
  • Ensure clear documentation, project tracking, and communication for leadership updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Assist in coordinating projects with product, marketing, and business teams.
  • Help ensure alignment on goals, timelines, resources, and success measures.
  • Support communication and reporting to leadership on project progress and impact.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 24 years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience in tech, fintech, or digital product environments is a plus.
  • Comfortable with structured problemsolving, opportunity sizing, analytical storytelling, and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to turn insights into structured recommendations
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and basic financial models.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to growth initiatives.
