Job Description

Job Purpose

To deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reporting and analytics that enable HR Services and business stakeholders to make datadriven decisions. The role owns the operational reporting cadence (daily/weekly/monthly), ensures data quality and governance, and supports continuous improvement through automation and standardization of HR reports and metrics.

Key Tasks

  • Produce and validate scheduled reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) for HC, attrition, diversity, learning, case management, SLA performance, and payroll input checks.
  • Execute and document data quality checks (reconciliations, outlier detection, threshold alerts).
  • Maintain report runbooks, SOPs, calendars, and distribution lists ensure version control and audit trail.
  • Consolidate fragmented reports into standardized templates with consistent metric definitions.
  • Build or enhance automation (Power Query, Power BI) to reduce manual effort and error risk.

Stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Run regular review touchpoints with HR Services colleagues on manual report workarounds.
  • Provide user guides and quick tips to help stakeholders self-serve where appropriate (e.g., Power BI).

Management Responsibility

  • Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

Education Background

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree

Experience Level

  • Experience more than 2 years.
  • Experienced in Microsoft tools, preferably Power Platform and HR Services Case Management tools.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and PDPA principles.
