The Role

We are seeking an Automation Software Engineer to support capital projects and manufacturing automation initiatives that improve productivity, quality and efficiency. You will develop and maintain control software for manufacturing systems and work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver robust automation solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, write and maintain PLC and control programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Develop software based on customer and engineering requirements to optimize machine performance.
• Integrate hardware and software to enhance productivity and automation efficiency.
• Provide technical support and service to internal teams and customers when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Knowledge of VB.NET, C++ and PLC programming.
• Able to work independently and manage projects.
• Strong communication skills and customer coordination ability.
• Willing to travel and work overtime if required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in automation is a plus.
