Own It

• Manage software & system development process in a structured and planned manner in line with the established system development practices.
• Track the development of software programs and IT systems according to technical specifications with the required tools and methodology.
• Manage a portfolio of tech projects Prepare project timelines, define milestones, track, and report progress, resolve impediments.

Build Trust

• Support the organization leaders in quarterly roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Conduct internal walkthrough of software design, analysis with internal stakeholders. One Team
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Analysts and other TPMs to ensure we do things right and on time.
• Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve the way of working.
• Work collaboratively with the business analyst and ensuring compliance with the business policies and procedures.
• Support system testing and other crucial processes within the software development. Move Fast

Delight Customers

• Communicate with Internal shareholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans.
• To ensure development meets project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or related field.
• Proficiency in at least 1 object-oriented programming languages such as TypeScript, Golang, Java, C#, C++, Python, PHP.
• Proficiency in database programming (SQL, NoSQL).
• Proficiency in git flow and commands.
• Familiarity with concepts of backend development and RESTful APIs.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of micro-services architecture, containerization and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS etc).
• Experience with designing robust enterprise transactional systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Full-stack development background is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Passion for software development and a drive to build innovative and reliable solutions.
• Proactive and enthusiastic team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced environment.
