Senior Backend Java Developer

1. Design, develop, and maintain applications, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle.
2. Participate in software development life cycle, from technical planning, requirement analysis, sprint execution, to troubleshooting in production.
3. Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and various third-party services.
4. Create and maintain high-performance, responsiveness, security, reusable, and reliable applications.
5. Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, frontend developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and user experiences.
6. Ensure optimal application performance across multiple devices, identifying and resolving technical issues to maintain quality.
7. Perform code reviews, enforce high-quality standards, and maintain extensive documentation and technical design artifacts.
8. Participate in the design and implementation of innovative products and contribute to evolving our existing software platform and coding standards.
9. Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability through rigorous testing, debugging, and continuous improvements across diverse platforms.
10. Embrace agile development processes, including CI/CD and Scrum.
11. Maintain quality under tight timelines, ensuring adherence to best practices across the SDLC.
12. Apply MVVM, Clean Architecture, microservices, and micro-frontend patterns to build scalable systems.
13. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to improve development practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Key Skills Required :

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in application development, with at least 5 years specifically on back-end development.
• Back-end: Java (SpringBoot, JavaEE, Hibernate), Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, or equivalent; deep understanding of JSON and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Mobile: Experience with native or hybrid app development.
• Databases: Proficient in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Cloud & Containerization: Skilled with AWS, Azure, Alibaba, GCP; hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Architecture: Proven understanding of clean architecture, microservices, micro-frontend patterns, MVVM.
• DevSecOps: Experienced in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git/SVN), Jira, Jenkins, and secure development tooling.
