  • Provide tailored skincare consultations and demonstrate products using Dare to Be techniques
  • Deliver custom-fit beauty rituals and advice that suit every client's needs and lifestyle

  • Dress the part wearing Guerlain's uniform with confidence and pride
  • Embody the elegance and sophistication of the Guerlain brand at all times
  • Use only Guerlain products during working hours to represent the brand authentically

Team Spirit


  • Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative counter environment
  • Take initiative on assigned tasks and work closely with your Retail or Sales Manager to achieve shared goals
