Senior Bid Manager

The Bid Manager leads and manages the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for high-value tenders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs). This role coordinates cross-functional bid teams—including Sales, Product, Services, Legal, Finance, and Delivery —to produce clear, compliant, commercially viable, and winning submissions. The Bid Manager owns project management of the bid process, drives storyboarding and win themes, and maintains bid governance standards from qualification to contract award.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in bid/proposal management within [Technology / Professional Services].
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex submissions simultaneously under strict, immovable deadlines.
• Writing & Communication: Strong business writing, proofreading, and editorial skills with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into persuasive prose.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and proposal automation software (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO/Responsive, Qvidian).
