Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong for a Senior Bookkeeper. The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and overseeing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. Additional responsibilities include utilizing accounting software to ensure transactions are recorded correctly, supporting finance-related reporting, and assisting in budget preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Bookkeeping and creating Journal Entries
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Proficiency with Accounting Software and familiarity with financial systems
• Knowledge of general Finance principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong
• Prior experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
