Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Executive/ Assistant Brand Manager to lead strategic marketing, advertising, KOL collaborations, and community events. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand building, digital & traditional advertising, content creation, and campaign execution. They will manage cross-functional teams, optimize marketing performance, and ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive market growth, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure that new offerings align with the brand's image and customer needs.
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Develop and manage advertising strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, TV, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop impactful ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
KOL & Influencer Marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to enhance brand credibility and reach.
- Oversee influencer collaborations, ensuring content aligns with brand values and marketing objectives.
- Track and analyze KOL campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on engagement and conversion data.
Community Event Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute community events that align with brand objectives, ensuring high engagement and meaningful interactions.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and media to maximize event reach and impact.
- Manage on-ground activations, including logistics, staffing, and audience engagement strategies, to create memorable brand experiences.
- Analyze event performance, gather customer insights, and leverage feedback to enhance future event planning.
Merchandise Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement merchandise strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and suppliers to create high-quality promotional merchandise that aligns with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, cost control, and timely distribution of merchandise for campaigns, events, and retail promotions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of merchandise campaigns and recommend improvements based on sales and consumer feedback.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Develop compelling content strategies that resonate with target audiences across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, website copy, and event collateral.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging visual and video content for campaigns.
- Optimize content for different marketing channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone, audience preferences, and performance goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Brand, Advertising, Training, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities, new product launches, and campaigns.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external agencies and suppliers to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of marketing communications, materials, and campaign executions.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and share actionable insights to inform strategy refinement and decision-making.
- Measure and report on the ROI of marketing activities, optimizing future efforts based on performance metrics.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, with expertise in campaign execution and KOL management.
- Strong data analysis skills to optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin for effective communication.
