Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing brand strategies and marketing plans to meet business growth targets.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and brand campaigns to increase consumer awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate with designer and social media agency to ensure execution of social media posting and activities
  • Assist Brand Manager to ensure KOL and influencer marketing campaigns on implementation and execution.
  • Work with design and production teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, POSM, and in-store displays.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, roadshows, and in-store activations to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Support market research to monitor trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviour, identifying areas for brand growth.
  • Gather and analyse feedback from marketing activities and customer interactions to refine future strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain brand performance reports, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in brand marketing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
