KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be the first point of contact (Brand Keeper) to liaise with brand principal and suppliers
- Represents the company to plan, coordinate and execute all trade shows.
- Collaborates with sales team for specific strategies for clients.
- Responsible to work out annual/quarter/month brand planning with other key departments and making sure day-to-day job tasks are executed and working towards the brand plan
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
- Responsible for analyzing various researched data in order to make certain key projections and decisions related to the brand and drive sales growth
- Propose and agree actions to recover risk and maximize opportunities with other departments at category and line level
- Responsible on brand strategies, includes the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Responsible to coordinate cross-functional activities related to consumer and marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, market positioning) and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
- Oversee the production of magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marketing or Brand Management in Beauty industry
- Strong in MS Excel Knowledge (Pivot table & V-lookup).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Strong analytical skills, highly creative with the ability to think out of the box.
- Familiar in latest market trends and marketing best practices.
- Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
- Planning, organizing and coordination skills.
- Dedicated and result oriented under a tight schedule.
- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills are required.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
