JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with Quality Assurance expertise to join us as a foundational member of our startup journey. Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis for ERP, MES & AI Agents: Conduct in-depth analysis for complex manufacturing and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Product Ownership: Drive the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of QA and BA professionals, ensuring best practices in software quality and business analysis.
- Strategic Business Analysis: Work closely with senior stakeholders to define business objectives, gather high-level requirements, and design enterprise solutions.
- Quality Assurance Governance: Establish QA frameworks, define testing strategies, and implement automated testing solutions to enhance software quality.
- Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business and system processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Advanced Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, perform risk-based testing, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
- Defect Management & Resolution: Drive defect tracking and resolution processes, collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure product stability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, translating complex system functionalities into business-friendly language.
- Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all business processes and system implementations comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system design, test plans, and user manuals. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in BA role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience leading quality assurance teams and business analysis initiatives in ERP or MES environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems with limited resources.
- Willingness to grow within a startup environment, embracing challenges, taking ownership, and contributing to building scalable processes and culture.
- Expertise in enterprise system implementation, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to drive Agile QA and BA practices within teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Good to have:
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, FDA, or GMP in manufacturing systems.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analytics.
- Experience with AI-driven testing and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Certification in ISTQB, CBAP, or PMP.
