Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant (BA + PM) to drive Finance & Governance application initiatives within Group Technology & Data (GTD). The role combines business analysis, project management, and solutioningworking closely with Finance, Risk, and IT stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that support compliance, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance & Governance applications.

Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and test scenarios.

Recommend and validate technology solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Prepare governance artifacts: project plans, RAID logs, reports, and compliance documentation.

Act as liaison between Group Finance, Risk, vendors, and IT delivery teams.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.

1012 years combined experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.

Strong background in Finance systems, Governance applications, or regulatory reporting (banking/FSI preferred).

Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

Experience in system integration, solutioning, and compliance-driven projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
