Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for someone who thrives on solving operational challenges and building practical, scalable solutions.

Embedded within the Engineering Leadership Team, you'll work closely with senior leaders to identify operational inefficiencies, simplify how work gets done, and create more capacity for teams to focus on high-impact priorities.

This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. You'll be expected to move beyond identifying problems and take ownership of delivering outcomes. Whether through process redesign, automation, data-driven decision making, or removing activities that no longer add value, your goal is to help leaders spend more time on strategic work and less time on operational overhead.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven problem solving.
• Proven experience delivering process improvement and automation initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
• A strong bias towards action, experimentation, and execution.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership from problem discovery through to implementation and delivery.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and appropriately challenging existing ways of working.

Nice to have:

• Experience using agentic coding, AI-assisted development tools, or low-code/no-code platforms to design and deploy solutions independently.
• Exposure to workforce management, capacity planning, forecasting, or resource planning.
• Experience in an embedded, forward-deployed, or operational excellence role within a technology-focused organization.
• Familiarity with workforce sizing methodologies and operational planning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a clear understanding of where leadership time is being spent and develop meaningful ways to measure operational efficiency and improvement opportunities.
• Design and deliver solutions that reduce operational overhead, improve productivity, and create capacity for leaders to focus on higher-value work.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and improve day-to-day operational processes.
• Build and implement automation solutions that simplify recurring activities, eliminate manual effort, and improve scalability across the organization.
• Support workforce planning activities, including capacity planning, forecasting, hiring planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and operational insights that provide visibility into performance, workload, and progress against improvement goals.
• Establish sustainable frameworks, documentation, and operating practices that enable continuous improvement and support broader adoption across the business.
