Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, workflows, and project plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on business initiatives.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of business solutions and technologies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
