Senior Business Analyst

Role Description This is a contract, on-site Business Analyst role based in Kota Damansara. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into clear specifications for technical and operational teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and supporting the design of scalable, efficient solutions. The role involves facilitating workshops and meetings, preparing functional documentation, and collaborating with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions meet business needs. The Business Analyst will also support user acceptance testing, help manage change requests, and assist in creating reports and dashboards to track project and business performance.

• Candidates should possess solid Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to elicit, document, and validate requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Candidates should possess Business Process knowledge to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
• Relevant experience in IT services, digital transformation, or consulting environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kota Damansara, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools, project documentation standards, and basic understanding of software development lifecycle is an advantage.
