Job Description
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, with experience operating in a Lead BA capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience in Compliance, AML, KYC, Financial Crime, Risk, or Regulatory Transformation.
- Practical knowledge of AML/KYC processes and controls, including CDD, EDD, customer risk assessment, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience in Data Analysis and Data Management.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and the ability to analyse large and complex datasets.
- Experience defining data requirements, data mapping, data lineage, data quality rules, and business rules.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling, gap analysis, and solution definition.
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong experience in UAT, test planning, defect management, and implementation support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior business, Compliance, Risk, Data, and Technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
