rhi are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join our clients team based in Mercu Aspire KL Eco City, on a contract until 1st of December 2026 - possible extension based on performance.

We are seeking applicants with strong experience working in Agile delivery environments, including Scrum ceremonies, and deep expertise in business requirements analysis and engineering, particularly across mobile applications and loyalty platforms.
Key experience and capabilities
- Proven experience as a Senior / Lead Business Analyst, with several years working as an Agile BA
- Strong foundation in Business Analysis practices; formal BA qualifications are an advantage
- Confident operating independently, taking ownership and leading with minimal guidance
- Experience working on customer‑facing mobile applications, with a strong focus on loyalty capabilities
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements
- Analyse As‑Is processes and define To‑Be processes across business and technology domains, including:
- Loyalty and rewards
- Mobile application journeys
- Pricing and promotions
- Data exports and data ownership
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications suitable for Agile delivery
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure requirements align with UI/UX intent, customer journeys, and technical feasibility
- Develop end‑to‑end integration test scenarios and support the business through UAT definition and execution
- Work closely with technology teams throughout delivery to ensure solutions meet business objectives and customer experience expectations
About you
Qualifications:
- Must have min 2 yearsof experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile environments
- Must have proven experience working as an Agile Business Analyst, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies
- Must have strong expertise in business requirements analysis and engineering (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements)

- Experience delivering customer‑facing digital products, particularly mobile applications
- Strong domain experience in loyalty platforms, rewards, or customer engagement ecosystems
- Solid UI/UX understanding, including working with wireframes, prototypes, and customer journey mapping

- Agile and Scrum delivery (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives)
- Business requirements analysis and engineering
- User story writing and acceptance criteria definition
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation
- Experience working on customer‑facing mobile applications
