Job Description

Requirements & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field, or a Diploma with 5 years of experience in business analyst or similar role is required for this position.
  • Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA) and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. - Preferably knowledge on ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCIDSS, ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27005, or ISMS. - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). - PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC). - Experience in fuel retail or POS industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Document detailed business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to uncover trends, measure performance, and support decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project alignment.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to management through detailed reports and presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new processes or systems through effective change management.
  • Defining the project scope by assess the required resources and potential risks, produce approximate estimates, identity minimum deliverable and nice to have features.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new team members to ensure smooth integration into the department.
  • Potentially manage direct reports, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and facilitating career growth.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and project alignment.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to management through detailed reports and presentations.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the Supervisor.
