Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Selangor, Malaysia. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, advising solutions to customers, guide internal scrum teams, support clients throughout the SDLC and verify solutions conducting tests. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align business objectives, preparing detailed documentation, and providing actionable insights through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Analysis and clearly documenting and analyzing business requirements
• Proficiency in refining and optimizing Business Processes
• Advanced Analytical Skills to analyze data and provide meaningful insights
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with insurance industry standards and methodologies is an added advantage
• Proactive problem-solving and time management skills
• Team player with high lever of internal motivation
