The role is responsible for supporting and improving the organization's products, services, and software engineering through data analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies, commitments, and goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Address complex business issues and provide quality IT business analytics solutions to customers.
- Participate in user requirement gathering sessions with the Account Manager, outlining customer needs and prioritizing product features.
- Interpret business requirements and transform insights into application requirements for relevant teams (Design, Product, Support, etc.).
- Deliver functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with the project team to deliver products according to specifications and support the Project Manager in tracking design, identifying gaps, and managing development tasks.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and Admin/User training as required.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and technical team during Go-Live to ensure smooth solution rollout.
- Support Project Manager in team retrospectives and Sprint reviews.
- Assist the Product Development team in identifying and assessing market opportunities, products, and industry best practices.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including business analysis and software development, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Familiarity with HTML and web application development technologies, including multi-platform/browser support, is a plus.
- Experience with Jira or other software testing/project management tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clarify requirements for development and design teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and customers effectively.
