Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Business Development Associate based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, preparing and delivering impactful presentations to potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The associate will also support the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver compelling Presentations to diverse audiences
• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently to meet business objectives
• Relevant educational background, such as Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in the people development or consultibg transformation industry is a plus
• Adaptability to market trends and innovative approaches to drive business success
