Business Development Executive / Senior Executive
RM 3,000 RM 5,000(Excluding sales) a month Permanent
Experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and
total logistics is a MUST
Mon - Fri
Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for client needs.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales agreements.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, target customers and other reports.
* Achieve sales targets, KPIs and objectives set by management.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Participate in conferences and networking events to promote the company and its services.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, and
total logistics.
* Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related fields.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Excellent organizational, time management skills, and leadership skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
