We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate ADA's commercial growth in Malaysia, focusing on WhatsApp Business Platform and Conversational AI solutions. This is a BD role that combines strategic sales, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities with enterprise clients, shaping impactful solutions, and ensuring seamless execution with internal teams. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual contributor with strong consultative selling experience and a passion for transforming how businesses connect with customers through messaging and AI.
- Drive Revenue and Market Growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, solution design, and strategic deal-making.
Expand ADA's presence across key industries such as BFSI, Telco, and Retail, positioning messaging as a business transformation tool.
Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting on Salesforce.
- Lead Strategic Solution Selling
Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers with consultative, ROI-focused narratives.
Translate client challenges into practical messaging and AI solutions that drive business outcomes.
Develop and present commercial proposals and business cases that align with client objectives.
Work closely with Solutions, Operations, and Product teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery excellence.
Partner with marketing to refine go-to-market materials and client presentations.
Support long-term client relationships by bridging sales strategy with operational delivery.
What We're Looking For
Requirement Details
Experience
7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, ideally within Business Messaging, SaaS, MarTech, or digital transformation.
Leadership
Proven ability to lead a sales team, set performance targets, and achieve commercial growth in Malaysia.
Sales Expertise
Strong track record in consultative selling, stakeholder management, and complex deal orchestration.
Collaboration
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a regional or international organization.
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, conversational commerce, or AI-driven engagement platforms is an advantage.
Communication
Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus.
