Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and providing effective solutions to meet client needs. Regular reporting and analysis of sales data will also be required to measure performance and inform decision-making processes.

• Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking, client relationship management, and market research expertise
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role (3 years above) is a strong advantage
• Have Banking or FinTech background is preferred
