This role plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment across the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing business performance, developing executive reporting frameworks, and ensuring data integrity to support corporate goals and strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform market analysis, research on markets & competitors deeply to spot trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Responsible for company strategic planning, team up with various stakeholder, head of department & senior leaders to create, implement, and improve our long-term plan.
- Perform data analysis & study large datasets to find valuable information and help make data-driven choices for our strategic projects.
- Develop business development activity and help evaluate potential business chances, partnership, investment, fund raising, mergers, or acquisition by give recommendations based on due diligence.
- Planning & managing relationship with stakeholders (investor) by development of written materials for investor relation activities & organizing analyst briefing
- Develop plan and follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure how well our strategic efforts are doing & keep senior leaders informed with regular reports.
- Coordinate & collaborate closely with different teams to make sure everyone is on the same page with our strategic plan by share our strategy and progress with both internal and external groups.
- Lead by planning & executing special projects assigned by the top-tier management to advance our strategic goals
- Manage the development of sustainability & ESG programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement) in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Finance/Accounting/Economics, Data Analytics/Statistics, or Management Information Systems.
- 3 to 5 years of proven relevant experience in a strategy, problem-solving, analytical role, financial reporting, or corporate performance & monitoring, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business strategy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced), Power BI, or other advanced data analytics tools
