Senior C++ Developer (High-Performance Trading Systems)

We are building performance-critical trading infrastructure and seeking a Senior C++ Engineer who thrives in low-latency, high-throughput environments.

This is a systems-level engineering role focused on performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build high-performance backend systems in modern C++

Develop multi-threaded, high-concurrency server applications

Optimise execution speed, throughput, and system stability

Implement routing logic, performance controls, and risk-related modules

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure low latency and high availability

Troubleshoot production-level performance bottlenecks

Technical Requirements

5+ years of professional C++ development experience

Strong knowledge of modern C++ (C++11/14/17+)

Deep understanding of memory management and STL

Strong multi-threading and concurrency experience

Socket programming (TCP/IP)

Linux server development experience

Experience building performance-sensitive backend systems

Strong Advantage If You Have

Experience in trading, fintech, or financial infrastructure

FIX protocol knowledge

Low-latency or high-frequency system exposure

Lock-free programming or performance optimisation experience

Understanding of order lifecycle or execution models
