Role Summary
The Senior Campaign Marketing professional leads the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to achieve awareness, demand, and revenue outcomes. The role owns strategy, cross-functional orchestration, budget stewardship, and performance measurement across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with commercial goals and target segments.
- Define the channel mix (email, paid social, search, programmatic, content, events, web), messaging frameworks, and testing roadmaps.
- Establish clear KPIs/OKRs and campaign hypotheses based on data, market trends, and customer insights.
Execution & Optimization
- Lead endtoend campaign delivery, including briefs, timelines, asset development, and campaign launches ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.
- Continuously optimize both active and future campaigns using performance insights and structured feedback loops.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with analytics, product, sales, content/creative, web teams, and external agencies to deliver cohesive, high-performance campaigns.
- Align stakeholders on goals, messaging, and success criteria; provide regular campaign updates and postcampaign reviews.
Reporting & Insights
- Build dashboards and analyze funnel and customer journey data to identify insights and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with organizational, branding, and governance standards.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Commerce, Advertising / Media,Art / Design / Creative Multimedia
- Preferably at least 6 years of related working experience.
- Preferably SENIOR EXECUTIVE specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
