Senior CEW Developer (DevOps Engineer)

We are seeking a Senior Developer / DevOps Engineer to support applications within the PRO domain under CEW. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications, with a strong focus on Java Spring Boot-based solutions deployed on Linux environments. The candidate will work on in-house platforms such as Client Entitlement Workflow (CEW) and Payment Data Repository (PDR), ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage applications in RHEL or equivalent Linux environments (e.g., SUSE Linux).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements for CEW and PDR platforms.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Support CI/CD processes and DevOps practices for build and release management.
• Develop and maintain database integrations with Oracle Database 12c/19c.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures, views, and indexes where required.
• Troubleshoot production issues across application, middleware, and OS layers.
• Contribute to automation using shell scripting and deployment tools.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

Required Skills:

• 6-9 years of hands-on experience in application development and DevOps roles.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot (mandatory).
• Solid experience working in Unix/Linux environments (mandatory).
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c or 19c.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle WebLogic and/or JBoss application servers.
• Familiarity with Apache Web Server configuration and support.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation.
• Strong PL/SQL experience (procedures, views, indexes, performance tuning).
• Experience with workflow systems or entitlement-based platforms.
• Frontend development exposure using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working on in-house enterprise workflow systems such as CEW or PDR.
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture and infrastructure collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in high-availability, production-critical environments.
