Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Channel Marketing professional to drive retail marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across our retail channels. This role works closely with Sales, Product, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure effective in-store visibility, smooth execution of marketing campaigns, and consistent retail merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel marketing initiatives and channel expansion plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, and Retail teams to drive effective in-store product visibility and brand exposure.
- Manage the production and deployment of marketing materials and retail displays, including POSM, product catalogues, and store branding elements.
- Coordinate end-to-end completion of design and layout of concept stores, including the reviews of submission drawings, mechanical and engineering drawings, and verification of size, specification and local materials of store's permanent fixtures to ensure guideline compliance to Global team's, vendor's, and local council's requirements.
- Develop and maintain merchandising guidelines and planograms to ensure consistent product presentation across retail outlets.
- Plan and execute channel marketing campaigns and promotions, while monitoring performance and preparing post-campaign analysis.
- Manage project budgets and monitor marketing material inventory to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or a related role.
- Familiar with retail channel operations and marketing execution, with the ability to keep up with industry trends and developments.
- Strong interest in IT products, consumer technology, or gadgets.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different levels.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written); Mandarin is an added advantage.
