| Key Responsibilities

:

• 核查场地和既有建筑条件,协调测量、地勘及必要的结构评估,识别改造或新建工程的技术限制。

Assess site and existing building conditions coordinate surveys, geotechnical investigations and structural assessments where required, identifying constraints for retrofit or new construction

• 审查总图、基础、主体结构、设备基础和机房荷载,协调预留预埋、管线通道、设备运输及吊装条件。

Review site plans, foundations, structures, equipment bases and floor loads coordinate openings, embedded items, service routes, equipment access and lifting provisions

• 对接属地顾问及承包商,跟踪图纸报审、施工许可和相关验收文件,协调建筑防火及公用设施接口。

Coordinate local consultants and contractors, track design submissions, construction permits and completion documentation, and resolve fire and utility interfaces

• 监督土方、结构、屋面防水、围护、道.和排水等施工质量、安全及进度,组织隐蔽验收和材料检测。

Monitor earthworks, structures, roof waterproofing, building envelope, roads and drainage for quality, safety and progress organise concealed-work inspections and material testing

• 明确土建向机电移交的区域和条件,推动交叉施工协调,管理工程量、变更、缺陷及竣工资料。

Define area release conditions for MEP installation coordinate overlapping works and manage quantities, variations, defects and as-built records任职要求|Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历,土木工程、结构工程或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline

• 8年以上土建或结构工程经验,具备工业建筑或大型机电配套工程经验;数据中心项目经验优先。

At least 8 years of civil or structural engineering experience, including industrial buildings or major MEP infrastructure data centre experience is preferred

• 能够独立审阅建筑及结构图纸,熟悉施工组织、质量验收以及机电与土建交叉施工管理。

Able to independently review architectural and structural drawings, with strong construction planning, quality inspection and C&S-MEP coordination skills

• 具备重型设备基础、既有厂房改造或数据中心结构协调经验者优先。

Experience with heavy equipment foundations, existing industrial building conversion or data centre structural coordination is preferred

• 能够使用英语协调技术事项;熟悉马来西亚属地报批流程,或具备当地项目及相关专业注册经验者优先。

Able to coordinate technical matters in English familiarity with Malaysian approval processes, local project delivery or relevant professional registration is advantageous
