Senior Claims Assessorto be part of our Medical Claims team, where you'll handle complex cases, make meaningful decisions, and contribute to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, review, and approve medical claims within established service timelines
- Ensure claims decisions comply with internal guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage complex cases including investigations, service recovery matters, and claim-related enquiries
- Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to obtain medical clarifications and supporting documentation
- Deliver quality customer service by responding to enquiries and professionally handling complaints
- Participate in projects and initiatives assigned by the Team Lead
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in life & health claims assessment
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, common medical conditions, and disease management
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and ability to manage sensitive cases
- Professional certifications such as OMA and/or FLMI are an advantage
