Take ownership of territory sales performance and achieve agreed revenue targets through strategic account development, case coverage, and proactive identification of new business opportunities.
Develop and execute territory growth plans by expanding utilization among existing surgeons while actively onboarding new surgeons and hospitals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with spinal surgeons, neurosurgeons, hospital administrators, and operating theatre teams to drive product adoption and loyalty.
Act as the primary clinical and technical advisor for surgeons and theatre staff on product indications, surgical techniques, and procedural best practices.
Ensure all surgical cases are properly planned and equipped with the correct instrument sets, implants, and relevant surgical guides based on procedural requirements and surgeon preferences.
Gather and provide actionable insights on competitor products, pricing, positioning, and clinical feedback to internal teams.
Ensure timely case preparation, inventory coordination, and logistics planning to support seamless surgical support.
Maintain accurate records of case coverage, sales activities, and surgeon engagement within CRM systems.
Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product management teams to support product launches, clinical evaluations, and strategic initiatives.
Provide structured feedback from the field to support product development, marketing strategies, and long-term business growth.
Possess a Bachelor of Science or a tertiary education in a related medical field such as a paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy), nursing
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the medical device industry and in a clinical environment with proven record.
Candidates with experience in implants sales will have added advantage.
Strong relationship skills, enjoys prospecting for new business and closing the sale.
