Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Construction Manager, located on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Tasks include supervising construction activities, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety, and implementing project controls. The role also requires regular coordination with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Project Control skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices
• Relevant experience in large-scale construction projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant degrees or certifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields are highly desirable
