Senior Consultant - Identity and Security

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Active Directory and Entra ID solutions for clients.
• Develop and maintain identity and access management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their identity and security needs and provide expert guidance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and security issues.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants and technical staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in identity and access management and security technologies.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including design specifications, implementation plans, and technical reports.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Malaysia.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on Active Directory and Entra ID.
• In-depth knowledge of identity and security protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other cloud-based identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
