Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery of consultancy services and training programs.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Analyze client requirements, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing expertise and ensuring the quality of project outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
- Provide strategic advice on business challenges, operational improvements, and capacity building.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars for clients to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Project Manager.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability or any related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in project consultancy and training, with a proven track record of leading client projects.
- Strong experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and training materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
