Senior Consultant

5+ years of experience in BI development, analytics, or reporting roles.

Hands-on experience developing solutions using Power BI and/or Jasper Reports.

Strong SQL skills including query optimization, data modeling, and transformation logic.

Experience with Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query (M), and relational data modeling.

Expertise in JasperReports/JasperServer including templates, datasets, and parameters.

Knowledge of ETL processes, BI data flows, and pipeline management.

Ability to perform statistical analysis and apply quantitative methods for insights.

Strong skills in data visualization, dashboard design, KPI frameworks, and data storytelling.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with technical and business teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred)
