  • Prepare and cook menu dishes in accordance with established recipes and company standards.
  • Maintain consistency in food quality, flavor, and presentation for all menu items.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to junior kitchen team members.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new kitchen staff.
  • Ensure the kitchen environment remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times.
  • Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ingredient ordering when required.
  • Reduce food wastage and support cost-control measures.
  • Manage kitchen operations effectively during busy service periods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in a related role.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene practices and food safety regulations.
