Basic Purpose/Accountabilities:
Provide Helicopter Support services to COP drilling organization by ensuring qualified personnel are transported to offshore work locations via Company-contractor providers in conformance with Company policies
Primary Functions/Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling activities with COP appointed helicopter contractor on 24/7 basis
- Prepare passenger and cargo manifests with proper distribution to all parties concerned.
- Review 6/12-day work schedules to ensure required personnel are transported to meet project schedules
- Manage documentation requirements to ensure all passengers have required permits and passes required to work offshore
- Ensure safe and efficient practices are implemented on the heliport.
- Assist Contract Holder to manage Rotor Wing contracts in areas of cost control, performance management and invoice review and conformance
- Manage the Helicopter Logistics and TABS (Travel and Booking System)
- Provide Logistics support to Drilling and Supply Chain/Procurement functions.
- Support/participate in Incident Management Team.
- 24 hours/7day assistance when required.
- Ensure Dangerous Goods transport regulations are complied with
- Liaise with regional PSC's to ensure relevant travel arrangements are in place for flight sharing.
- Ensure all COP/Contractor personnel traveling to Offshore Drilling Rigs are properly attired with PPE.
- Coordinate with COP travel coordinator to ensure inbound schedules align with outbound flight schedules
- Bookings of charter fixed wing on ad hoc basis if required.
- Coordinating all third-party contractors and their personnel bookings to ensure travel instructions are understood and clear.

- Minimum Year 10 School Certificate.
- Supervisory necessary to direct operations
- Well-developed customer relationship skills.
- Fluency in Oral and Written English.
- Certificate in Business or Administration desirable/necessary.
Job Specifications:
- Good Commercial acumen.
- Self-directed with ability to multi -task and liaise with large client / contractor base.
- Experience with Government Regulatory requirements for air travel
- Previous experience working logistics associated with drilling operations.
- SAP experience is preferred
- Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office suite of software programs
- Experience with regional Customs processes
- Experience with Immigrations requirements and documentation / certifications required to work offshore
