Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, website content, social media posts, and internal communications.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication and respond to media inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage the company's social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events, such as press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences, to promote brand awareness and foster relationships with stakeholders.
Support internal communication initiatives by developing employee communication materials, including announcements, newsletters, and intranet content, to ensure alignment with company objectives and values.
Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing its interests in media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry forums, while maintaining a positive public image.
Monitor and analyse communication metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and recommend improvements as needed.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, government agencies, and other external stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and credibility.
Assist in any other duties and ad-hoc responsibilities that may assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in corporate communication, public relations, or related roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
Well versed in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences and communication channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media management tools, content management systems, and media monitoring software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to communication initiatives.
Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements in corporate communication and public relations.
