Senior Corporate Counsel (JV, M&A, Project Finance, Strategic Projects)

We're looking for a senior, commercially minded corporate lawyer to join a highperforming legal team within a global organisation. This role is ideal if you enjoy being close to the business, working on highvalue, complex transactions, and having real influence over how deals and governance decisions are made.

You'll operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting joint ventures, M&A, project finance, and strategic projects that sit at the heart of the company's growth strategy.

What You'll Be Working On

• Leading joint ventures and strategic partnerships across multiple jurisdictions, from structuring through lifecycle management
• Advising on JV governance, including board structures, minority protections, reserved matters, and deadlock mechanisms
• Managing endtoend M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments
• Supporting project finance and complex financing structures, working closely with lenders, sponsors, and commercial teams
• Developing and embedding governance frameworks and standards across entities and regions

What We're Looking For

• Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials
• Typically 15+ years PQE, from toptier law firms and/or senior inhouse roles
• Strong experience in joint ventures, M&A, and project finance
• Exposure to largescale infrastructure, energy, or EPCrelated projects
• Proven international, multijurisdictional experience
• Commercial, pragmatic, and confident operating with senior stakeholders
