Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior CRM located in Ampang. The Senior CRM will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing and implementing CRM strategies, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with sales teams to improve customer retention and sales performance. The role entails project management duties to oversee CRM-related initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
