As a Senior Customer Success Manager – Software (APAC) here at Honeywell, you are the primary driver of software value realization for your assigned accounts. You own the full post-sale relationship — from onboarding through renewal, expansion, and co-innovation — with a clear mandate to grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by ensuring customers continuously extract measurable business value from their software investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Customer Value Plan for every assigned account
  • Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews anchored on delivered outcomes
  • Translate customer operational KPIs into software adoption strategies
  • Drive customer co-innovation engagements.
  • Convert upgrade projects and legacy maintenance into subscriptions
  • Grow ARR via scope expansion and tier upgrades
  • Own renewal pipeline with >90% renewal target
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Track Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Monitor utilization and benefit delivery
  • Maintain monthly Customer Health Score
  • Develop recovery plans for at-risk accounts
  • Position upgrades as capability expansion
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Sales
  • Track customer capital plans and digital initiatives
  • Develop deep vertical-specific business knowledge

Key Experience & Capabilities

  • 3–8 years in enterprise or industrial software roles.
  • Ability to quantify and communicate ROI.
  • Experience with subscription and recurring revenue.
  • Familiarity with industrial operations.
  • Track record of renewals and expansion.
