Senior Data Analyst

Collektr is APAC's leading livestream collectibles marketplace, connecting collectors and sellers through a fast-growing e-commerce platform. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help us make smarter, faster decisions as we scale.

What you'll do:

• Analyze customer and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
• Develop and refine key business metrics (retention, customer value, acquisition costs, etc.)
• Help shape how the company measures and tracks performance as we grow.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for collectibles.
