Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical and data-handling skills to support our operations and strategy initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership of data-related projects, from gathering requirements to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Work with large datasets to extract, clean, and process data using Python, PySpark, and other tools.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data is prepared for analysis.
• Perform advanced analysis on structured and unstructured data, providing actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics aligned to business requirements.
• Document and maintain data workflows and produced code.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions.
• Support the business with clear, concise, and impactful data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 68 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, and data processing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with banking/financial services data is an advantage.
• English fluency is mandatory.
