We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Database Administrator to manage and optimize database environments across MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL. This role is pivotal in ensuring database performance, high availability, and scalability across hybrid cloud infrastructures including AWS and Azure.

What You'll Do

• Manage and tune MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases for performance, security, and reliability
• Administer databases across hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and manage RDS instances
• Implement and support high availability and disaster recovery, including Always On Availability Groups (AAG) and robust backup/recovery solutions
• Continuously monitor and optimize database performance; automate administrative tasks to improve efficiency
• Design and maintain data warehouses, SSIS packages, and support ETL processes for BI and analytics

What You Bring

Must-have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL administration
• Proven expertise managing hybrid cloud and RDS databases (AWS/Azure)
• Strong command of high availability configurations, especially Always On Availability Groups (AAG)
• Experience with ETL processes, SSIS, and performance tuning strategies

Nice-to-have:

• Exposure to cloud database migration and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Redgate tools, SQL Compare, and BI tools like Tableau and Jasper
