Role Description The Senior Design Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown. This role involves leading the design process from concept through detailed development, producing and reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all project phases. The Senior Design Architect will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams, coordinating design decisions and providing clear guidance to junior designers. Daily responsibilities include managing multiple projects, presenting design proposals, resolving technical and design challenges, and supporting quality control to meet project timelines and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Experience in Design Management, including coordinating project teams and overseeing design deliverables.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related technical documentation.
• Effective Communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and clear presentation of design ideas.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience in boutique or design-focused practices and familiarity with local building regulations are beneficial.
