Senior DevOps Engineer

We're hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to push our CI/CD and cloud platform forward with heavy use of automation and AI/ML.

You'll sit in our Engineering Operations department, design modern delivery pipelines, and bring AI into the toolchain where it actually helps: AI-assisted code reviews, automated test generation, smarter build caching, flaky test detection, and predictive alerts.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment
• Integrate AI capabilities into the delivery toolchain where they add measurable value (e.g. AI-assisted code reviews, automated test generation, smart build caching, flaky test detection, predictive alerts)
• Use ML-based analysis to cut noise, find pipeline bottlenecks, and predict build failures
• Automate repetitive work across the delivery lifecycle and speed up feedback loops
• Integrate security checks (SAST, dependency scans, secrets detection) directly into pipelines
• Partner with development teams and provide tooling, templates, and documentation for selfservice deployments

What You'll Bring

• Has proven experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering including mentoring is ideal
• Has real experience applying AI/ML to delivery or operations problems
• Has led at least one initiative where smarter automation clearly improved delivery metrics
• Is strong in AWS, containers/Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar), and scripting (Python, Bash)
• Knows observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana

Nice if you've also worked with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / GDPR, FinOps, or oncall practices and SLOs.
