JOB OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing & Content Executive (Performance Marketing) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion performance, and strengthen brand presence across Mindful Solutions multi-brand ecosystem (eLearningMinds, Asia Learn Hub, UpskillingMinds).
This role is 70% focused on digital / performance marketing (paid media, funnel optimization, tracking, reporting, and ROI improvement) and 30% focused on content creation (campaign creatives, landing page assets, and short-form content to support acquisition and conversion). The role works closely with the Marketing Team Lead, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable pipeline impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Performance Marketing & Paid Media Execution (Google / Meta / LinkedIn) 30%
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive qualified leads, improve CPL/CPA, and increase ROI.
Campaign Strategy, Targeting & Funnel Optimization 15%
Build and refine B2B buyer journeys (awareness consideration conversion), including audience targeting, offer positioning, landing page alignment, and lead quality improvement.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting (GA4, UTM, dashboards) 15%
Own end-to-end campaign tracking: UTM governance, GA4 reporting, performance insights (CTR, CPC, CPL/CPA, conversion rate), and weekly/monthly optimization recommendations.
Landing Page & Conversion Rate Optimization Support 10%
Support landing page execution and conversion improvements (CTA placement, structure, content flow, basic UI/UX), and run A/B test ideas to improve conversion rate.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture Enablement 10%
Manage or support marketing automation workflows (e.g., Zoho or equivalent): segmentation, lead scoring alignment, nurture sequences, and handover readiness for sales follow-up.
Content & Creative Production (for ads, campaigns, landing pages) 20%
Create campaign content assets that support performance goals: ad creatives (static/video), landing page visuals/sections, brochures, email creatives, social content, and short-form videos. Maintain a content calendar aligned to active campaigns and launches.
CORE COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Performance Marketing Execution
Able to run and optimize paid campaigns with strong grasp of targeting, bidding, creative testing, and performance levers.
Data-Driven Campaign Analysis
Interprets GA4 and platform results to identify insights, diagnose issues, and implement improvements that impact ROI and lead quality.
Tracking & Measurement Discipline
Strong understanding of UTM tracking, conversion events, and attribution hygiene to ensure reporting accuracy and decision-making reliability.
Conversion & Funnel Thinking
Understands how landing pages, offers, messaging, and creative affect conversion rates and sales outcomes.
Content Creation for Conversion
Creates conversion-focused creatives and content assets that support paid and lifecycle marketing outcomes (not just branding).
