Job Description

About the Role:

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, designing, and executing impactful marketing initiatives to support organizational goals. This role requires excellent technical expertise, creativity, and analyticalthinking skills to utilize various software tools and applications, and to collaborate with team members on social media, traditional marketing, graphic design and content creation initiatives. This role works closely with the Graphic Designer, Sales Team and Membership & Events Department to ensure marketing strategies, initiatives and key deliverables are aligned and delivered effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that deliver value-driven content to clients and prospects, contributing to lead generation, brand awareness and the promotion of products & services.
  • Manage and produce marketing content and materials across multiple platforms, including website, apps, email marketing (EDMs), YouTube and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Generate creative, compelling, and engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines, including producing, shooting and editing digital content, to enhance social media visibility, strengthen audience engagement and maintain consistent communication across channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts for content creation that align with campaigns themes, drive audience interaction and improve engagement metrics across digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze digital platform metrics, audience engagement and behavioral trends to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance and refining messaging strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze insights, trends and engagement on digital platforms to understand audience responses and provide input for refining future messaging.
  • Explore and implement innovative tools, including AI-based solutions to streamline content creation efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all marketing and communications deliverables meet agreed timelines, brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Graphic Designer, Sales, Membership & Events department to maintain consistent branding and aligned messaging
  • Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) preferred.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, analytical and sharp to boost engagement and drive lead generation.
  • Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively, meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of using AI tools for content creation and productivity is a plus.
